Our Brochure and Booklet

BROCHURE

The brochure summarises the aims of "Healthy Eating Club" and highlights some of the great tools and resources we have developed to help you improve your health and knowledge in healthy eating - such as the HEC Healthy Eating Pyramid. The brochure includes some healthy eating tips to get you started.

The brochure is ideal for:

1. anyone who wishes to have a hard copy summary about HEC and healthy eating tips.

2. nutritionists, doctors, professionals working in the fitness industry or working in fields which involve nutrition who wish to inform their patients or clients about a reliable and authoritative Healthy Eating website and some healthy eating tips to get them started.

BOOKLET

Our downloadable 14 page booklet is written by our editor-in-chief, Professor Mark Wahlqvist.

It expands on the brochure and gets members underway with the club's philosophy and approach, which combines the great lessons of human history with the best of modern science and technology. He also distils his understanding of the important issues in health and nutrition in the booklet. It is an interesting read and a must for all new members.
